Best chiropractor practice I have found in Houston! I went to Optimal Spine and Sports Medicine for shoulder issues that had been lingering for a couple of years. I saw other chiropractors, but I feel like it was more of a band-aid. Dr. Haywood was different. He made a plan, we stuck to it, and my shoulder feels brand new. He is always very attentive and listens to my issues. I also need to call out Felicia and Stephanie. They both are so professional, kind, and fun to get to chat and work with. Optimal Spine And Sports Medicine is absolutely wonderful! When I first came in, I couldn't lift my left shoulder without significant pain. Now I'm able to move it freely with very little discomfort and the improvement has been remarkable. Dr. Haywood is incredibly patient and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate the thorough examinations and the guided workouts that help your body heal the right way. The entire staff is kind and genuinely invested in your well-being, always offering great advice on staying fit and healthy.
